With a global perspective and over seven years experience of property development, Christopher has and extensive knowledge and skill base in development management. The skills were acquired through personal investment and management of the capital of high net worth international individuals, in property development across recreational and residential development. As the founder of Sólido Christopher managed the entire development mandate from site identification, project financing, due diligence, project management, marketing and critically sales. Having developed circa $40m and with circa $50m of properties currently under management he is well versed in the processes and key competencies to ensure project success. Combined with an international military and United Nations background and over 3 years experience living in war environments Christopher experienced and understands high risk/pressure environments.
Krishna Rawal | Business Development Manager, MBBS DRHC DRCOG MRCGP MDCH
An unusual background; that of a fully accredited UK trained General Practitioner, Krish has had a career of worldwide travelling with locations as far flung as Antarctica, sub-Saharan Africa and the Arctic Circle. He has recently retired from the British Royal Navy after 12 years service as a Surgeon Commander including 2 years commanding the medical organisation of the Royal Marines. Krish brings extensive experience in management, logistics and a strong focus on client service, enhanced by an intrinsic appreciation of conducting any business operation overseas.
Glenn Allan Hutton | Construction Manager C.E.T., GSC
Highly skilled in the Construction Management of specialized commercial, residential and industrial projects, Glenn bringing over 40 years of construction management. Glenn provides and appreciation from the builders view, helping him best control the most time/cost sensitive phase of any development. His scope also entails an appreciation of development from sourcing and valuation of sites to solutions on the highest and best use. Having both proficiency in on-site management and holding both Gold Seal Certification and Certified Engineering Technologist in Canada. Glenn, a key component in multiple international construction projects, values ranging up to $1.5 billion USD. Glenn provides an intricate appreciation of the critical elements of project management Time, Cost, Quality.
Chris Stewart | BBA – Sales and Marketing
A licensed realtor and property manager in British Columbia, Chris manages the real estate sales and marketing division of Sólido. Strong communication skills combined with a keen appreciation of investment valuation and data analysis, Chris brings a wealth of marketing knowledge as well as experience in sales, market research and corporate relations to Sólido Group.
